Krim alas bedak adalah jenis riasan dekoratif, yang biasanya mengandung bahan tabir surya. Dibenzalaseton merupakan salah satu agen surya organik potensial. Dalam krim tipe minyak dalam air, tingkat pemulihan fase tidak selalu meningkat bahkan jika konsentrasinya tinggi. Namun, menggunakan kombinasi dua pengemulsi, seperti span 80 dan tween 80, optimal mungkin solusi tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan formula foundation optimum dengan sebagai emulsifier. Rumus dioptimalkan dibuat Metode Simplex Lattice Design bantuan Expert versi 10.0.1. Respon optimasi pH, viskositas, adhesi, dispersibilitas nilai SPF. Formula menghasilkan rasio 7,172%:3,828%. Hasil pengujian diperoleh pH rata-rata 6,38; viskositas 5183 cps; adhesi 2,458 detik; Daya sebar 6,1 cm SPF 35,307.
